I enjoy cooking, eating, poker, books, movies, music, and most recently, geocaching. I like the outdoors, as long as I can sleep in a bed in air-conditioned comfort at the end of the day. I'm a self-employed engineer/geologist in the environmental consulting field.

Favorite Foods:

I tend to lean toward spicy foods, esp. Asian and South American. I also love sushi, though I don't get it often due to where I live. I've recently been exposed to Mideast and Indian foods by my sister, and they are great. There isn't too much I don't like to cook or eat! I'm no good at baking, probably because I don't care much for sweets.
