I'm originally from Hawaii. I have been living in Utah for the last 22 years. I LOVE FOOD!!! I love to cook and I love to eat. I enjoy trying new recipes, improvising and substituting different ingredients just to see how they turn out.

Favorite Foods:

I love food and I am willing to try just about anything. I think the most exotic thing I have ever tried is cow hearts on a stick ... yes, cow-hearts-on-a-stick. We took a trip to Tahiti to visit my niece, and she said it was a "must try". Marinated, skewered and cooked on the grill, the flavor was "gamey" and the texture was still pretty rare for me. But hey, at least I tried it! There's a first and last time for everything.

I have a real sweet tooth and I love making treats.
