I love to cook and try new recipes, improvising and substituting different ingredients just to see how it turns out. I am a book keeper for The Home Depot, for which my co-workers get to be the guinea pigs/critics for my new creations.

Favorite Foods:

I am a lover of food and am willing to try just about anything. I think the most exotic thing I have ever tried is cow hearts on a stick ... yes, cow-hearts-on-a-stick. We took a trip to Tahiti to visit my niece, and she said it was a "must try". Marinated, skewered and cooked on the grill, the flavor was "gamey" and the texture was still pretty rare for me. But hey, at least I tried it! There's a first and last time for everything. :p
I have a real sweet tooth and I love making treats. Being born in Hawaii, I also like making my favorite ethnic foods too.
