Most of my recipes are free of processed foods, i.e. canned soups, mixes, etc. I don't diet but try to use the principles of the MediterrAsian Way. My husband and I are from ethnically diverse "cooking" families so both of us love to make food and eat it! It's a bit more challenging to stay creative while raising young children (who are also ultra finicky!), but I do my best...and we have hot dogs on the other nights. ![]()

Olives. Cheese. Avocados. Artichokes. Sushi. Filet Mignon. Crab. Fettucine Alfredo. Curry anything. Spicy Chinese food. Pineapple. Watermelon. Potatoes (mashed, fries, etc.). Pizza. Cheesecake. Chocolate mousse. Frank's Red Hot Sauce on lotsa things. Cream cheese and smoked oysters or lox. Fondue. Sour gummy candy. I'm a super taster!
