I have lived on a small island in the Bay of Fundy all my life...Deer Island, New Brunswick... My husband and I have a 3 year old, boy. I am a Lobster Fisher woman, with my husband. Our fishing season is spring and fall. I have also been a Weight Watchers member for 3 year, I lost over 50lbs and staying there. Therefor I like to try lighter recipes. Someday I would like to be a professional chef, but living on an island that is 8 miles long and 4 miles wide it is very unlikely.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite meal to cook is supper, chicken any way, shape, or form. Everyone loves chicken... I would be famous for my fat free cold taco dip, with light nacho chips...Delicious. We don't eat out much, but would say my favorite restaurant would be Swiss Chalet, chicken and ribs..
