I am a mother of 4, 3 boys 1 girl, the two oldest are very picky eaters dont eat much of anything. I really dont have a favorite cookbook I just really enjoy trying new dishes.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite restaurant is Dos Peso's in Michigan they have authentic mexican food. Chicken Cassrole is my favorite dish to make.
