...just a local kid who grew up cooking for himself. Been experimenting on and off with different foods and catching ideas from restaurants and television programs for a few years, and am always looking for a new recipe to learn, or a new take on an old favorite! Most of my original ideas spawn from the "family dining" era when families always sat down together for a full dinner, but I'm always happy to take inspiration from anywhere I can get it!
--My favorite foods would have to fall into the Italian category, followed closely with Mexican and Spanish cuisine. Both follow rich (and delicious) cultures and have long heritages of cooking from the heart.
--The dish I would have to say is both my favorite and what I'm most well-known for cooking would have to be a lemon-braised chicken breast served over penne pasta in a garlic-parmesan sauce. :P -yum!
--My favorite restaurant would have to be "Carrabba's Italian Grill"
