I enjoy entertaining my family and friends with thoughtfully planned meals. It is my way of showing my love and really is not difficult. With a small amount of effort and planning ahead it is actually fun and keeps the family and friends interested. I like to try new recipes and my family doesn't mind being the recipients. I am collecting recipes to have "new" traditional recipes for the family. Why should meals be humdrum?
