Both my wife and I love to cook and to entertain. Small or big party makes no difference. We have learned to pick recipes that can be prepared in advance of guest arrival or put into the oven just before they arrive. If we have more than 8, we hire someone to clean up afterwards.
We have over 300 cookbooks from all over the world, that we have purchaed in 30 years of international travel.
Almost any food from anywhere, from Indian to Thai to Vietnamese to Japanese to Middle Eastern to French to Greek to ... (oh well, you get the idea.)
