about me

I'm the mother of 3 grown children (25,22,21) and a 4 year old grandson. I work at our local supermarket in the seafood section..thats how I got here! Really don't know how to cook seafood (other than salmon). Anyway, now I can't wait to try so many other things!
I love cooking on my charcoal grill and doing the big party/holiday thing! I live in Western NY, and cookout as long as weather permits!
Unfortunately now its just the two of us, and I don't cook that much anymore, really need to find recipes for 2!

Favorite Foods:

I make really good homemade(?) pizza, a great Tuna Macaroni salad, and grilled salmon! Broiled fish is by far my favorite food! But truth be told, I am a much better baker than a cook!
