I am happily married and a proud father of four wonderful boys and I look for new recipe ideas to entertain my growing family! My wife is one of ten children so there are plenty of times where I need to showcase my cooking abilities!

I enjoy trying new recipes. My favorites are copycat type of recipes and I also enjoy using our slow cooker.
