about me

Through my military career I have lived in 10 different cities in 3 different countries (4 including Quebec) and have always found that trying the local recipes is a great adventure.

Favorite Foods:

I like all foods except parsnips and Limburger cheese (I might even like that if I could get close enough to taste it).
I enjoy good wine although I'm not really a connoisseur (the worst wine I've ever tasted was excellent).
