Married to a wonderful husband and have 2 college age kids. I love to go to the beach and to just relax. I also love to bake and try new recipes. I am a three time Cancer Survivor!

Favorite Foods:

I love chocolate, especially with peanut butter. I guess I'm known mostly for my buttercake. I think Italian food is my favorite for a "real meal". I look at the new recipes and reviews to get in the mood for something to eat.

I usually watch the new reviews and add things to my cookbook! I need to start making all of the things in my cookbook! They are all things I want to try!
