I have two beautiful daughters, Christina and Stephanie and a lovely wife, Lisa. My wife was diagnosed with fibromyalgea around 2003, since then I have been doing most of the cooking. I do pretty good with desserts, but main dishes I am slowly learning. I'm starting to really enjoy cooking as I branch out from chicken.
