I'm a hairstylist who has a passion for cooking. It's my way of winding down as well as using my creativity. I love recipes as much as I love to "tweak" them.

Favorite Foods:

I'll eat about anything but peppers and celery. My fiance loves peppers, but we have learned to compromise. When a dish calls for them, I've learned to cook up a separate portion without them. My favorite dish to make is beef Wellington. Its so simple, but is still such a gourmet dish. I love to serve it to guests.
