about me

I work full time as a RN/BSN in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit In MN. I am engaged to a wonderful man - who loves to eat!! You know what they say "The way to a man's heart is through his stomach" well that is 100% spot on in our situation. He went from eating frozen pizzas to loving my home cooking. I am experimenting with OAMC - so far so good! It has been great to have that extra free time in the evenings and not having the pressure of deciding what to eat or knowing if you have the right ingredients to make it. Love it! Hoping to get more into it - wish me luck!
