I am a mom and a photographer. I love to cook. I'm no pro, but I feel I have a good sense for how flavors combine well. I love trying new recipes, and then tweaking them to make them my own. I also love hiking and nature, being with people, especially family, and I have a life-long passion for health.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food is dark chocolate, in its varying forms. Hot chocolate tops the list. I also love tacos, homemade soups, really good salads. I'm famous amongst friends and family for my chocolate fudge, pumpkin bread, lasagne (my aunt's recipe), pesto pasta, and a cornbread beef casserole. A recent success was my first real pot roast. My favorite restaurant dish is the shrimp and spinach salad at Applebee's. It's perfect.
