I'm actually not a vegan anymore but I still enjoy cooking my favorite vegan recipes. I don't indulge in meat often, but I've learned, in moderation, it's okay.

I love middle eastern/mediterranean food. Hummus, babbaganouj, falafel, and dolmas make my world go round. As well as avocados. (haas please)
