I'm a stay-at-home mom. I love reading and am addicted to the tv. We used to go to the movies all the time, but since the second child came along netflix is our best friend.

I love baking and dabbling in make-ahead freezer meals. A great cookbook for that is "Don't Panic: Dinner's in the Freezer"

Favorite Foods:

I love to eat anything Greek, Potstickers, California rolls, and I also have an insatiable sweet tooth.
My husband adores my macaroni salad and my baked macaroni and cheese (thank you Alton Brown!), but my son can't get enough of my Peanut Butter no-bakes. My daughter fortunately will pretty much eat anything you put in front of her.
I have two favorite restaurants that I unfortunately only get to go to about once a year because they are just too far away--Sushi House in Leawood, KS and Mad Greek in Lawrence, KS (rock chalk Jayhawk).
