It's a double layer of ground beef with cheese and potatoes in the middle, with cheese and spices and olive oil, yummyness. I usually serve it with broccoli or some other single veggie.

also my friend has an awesome recipe for chicken enchiladas!

My favorite restaurant is a little family owned business in PA (Allentown) called Gyro's Queen Restaurant. (it's a Middle eastern/American) If you are ever in that area, look it up, it has amazing sandwiches (lamb and chicken shawarama) and kabobs and
hummus and babaganoush! yummy.
