Living alone presents some challenges but I really like it. Plus the left-overs are nice.

I can cook what I want, when I want how I want. Tired and hot after work = cereal. lol. Tuna casserole for brunch? You betcha!

I like to try new recipes but nothing too labour intensive and I prefer comfort foods and salads. Like to try them out on my sister and her family, hopefully to good reviews, but not always.
