I have been married for over 10 years to my husband Jason and I am a Mom of 3 kids: Alexander 9, Sofya 7, and Bella 5. Sofy and Alex have different spectrums of Autism, so after hearing how a Gluten Free/Dairy Free diet will help in their development I have been spending alot of my time on the web looking for good gluten-free recipes for her. RecipeZaar by far has the best selection of gluten-free/dairy free recipes on the web that I have found, thanks to you all who have submitted them!!
I love to try out new recipes and I love learn some of my favorite recipes to be made at home, especially for baking. My hobbies include reading, going to the movies, and doing my family history. I also love to go to the coast, which is only over an hour away for a fun, quick getaway! I love to watch the ocean, especially in stormy weather!!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite Restaurant is Chang's Mongolian Grill, located in Portland Oregon. They have several locations in the Portland area, but not sure if they have any in other states. There are other mongolian restaurants out there that I have tried, but nothing beats Changs! Their selection of saues are hard to beat!
My other favorite food is Mo's Clam chowder, at Mo's restaurtants located along the Oregon coast. They have several locations all the way up the coast and have the best clam chowder ever!
I also love other homemade soups, Italian foods like lasagna, tortillini, and spaghetti (One that my Dad makes which is the best in the world!) I'm also enjoying meat again. Growing up, I didn't care for much meat, but as I've gotten older, I love to make steaks and roasts!
I also love fresh warm bread from the oven, fresh fruit, and of course Chocolate!
