I love to bake. I have such wonderful memories of baking with my mom and sisters growing up. Now I am so happy to be able to create new memories with my step daughter. My favorite cookbook is the Land-o-lakes butter cookbook. Yes, i know - BUTTER! Horribly wonderful stuff. And ever recipe in that book is marvalous.

I love making fruit desserts such as pies, tarts and cobblers.
