I have counted on my numerous cookbooks throughout the years, but RecipeZaar is so much easier. I now feel sorry for that wonderful collection of books, as I don't refer to them as much now, but I will always keep them, as they are important to me.

I live on the Canadian Prairies and love to cook. I have always been a recipe saver and love the family reaction of a very well-cooked meal.

I love regional dishes and the tried and true recipes that come from our ancestors and people we trust.

Favorite Foods:

Saucy foods...
Cheese...
Ooey - Gooey foods
Basically food that tends to drift toward the hips.

I tend to love more savoury food than sweets, but I can handle a fantastic chocolate cake with ice cream sometimes.
