I am a stay at home mom to three boys ages 4, 2, and 6 months. I am the wife of a very picky eater. I love good food that isn't too time consuming (read the three boys part above!).

I'm interested in finding good country cooking dishes. I also want to find new recipes to can, so I can learn more about canning.
