about me

I grew up with my mother hating to cook, and so did I for a very long time. I suppose it was a passion I had tucked away because I used to go into book stores and spends hours looking at cookbooks.

Soon I met someone who loved to cook, my lover, and my love for cooking blossomed and now we make wonderful meals together!

Favorite Foods:

My favourite food is the hamburger, yes so simple but it can be made in many different variation. Though, I am primarily a vegetarian I do enjoy a well-seasoned meat burger now and then.

I grew up eating mainly Latino and Italian food, such as baked ziti and rice with pernil. Now in my later years, I enjoy Indian, and Japanese food very much. I love aloo gobi and salmon sushi!

My favourite restaurant is my own kitchen! I love making meals for myself and others.
