I love to cook and have been enjoying the challege of cooking overseas. I love the food in Italy but just can't eat pasta, bread and cheese everyday like the locals.

Favorite Foods:

Asian (all types) have topped my list for a long time. Anything Mexican, South American, New Mexican, Cuban, etc ties with Asian. But nothing beats a good old fashioned American backyard BBQ!

I love to buy cookbooks about other countries, I may never make any of the recipes but I love reading about how & what other people eat.
