I am a teenage amateur baker with only my mother and a dozen or so cookbooks as my guide. I hope I can further my skills in the kitchen by trying some recipes here, and share some of my own!

My mother's secret fried chicken recipe, homemade comfort food (mac and cheese, chicken and dumplings, soup, etc.), scones, hot chocolate, calamari, broccolini, mangoes, homemade ice cream, pasties, English and Indian food.
