I'm a grade one teacher and the mother of two wonderful boys.I just LOVE to cook and bake. I was so excited when I found this fantastic site! My favorite cookbooks are Company's Coming because of the simplicity(and the nice colored pics).I really love finding yummy desserts that feed a crowd, paticularly the frozen variety!

I love seafood and anything Mexican.Right now I'm interested in finding low cal entrees.I guess I'm famous for my home made bread,lasagne, cinnamon rolls, brownies and chocolate chip cookies.Huh. It's no wonder I'm needing some low calorie meals right now! Glad to be here!
