I am the appointed cook in our family of four! Love spicy and flavorful food! Currently incorporating a "low fat" life style, while also trying to lower the amount of time and effort required to provide these meals! Loving my crock-pot!

Love spicy food, and also the standards, like pizza, grilled meat, and comfort foods! Recently started to include vegitarian foods, found a love for mock duck! Not too many resturaunts that I do not like, but finding it harder to get flavorful food that is also low fat, and has nutritional information provided! Love the fact that this site provides nutritional information! Thanks!
