homeschooling mom of 5 (so far)9, 6,4,2, and 7 months... love cooking especially ethnic - so does my husband - right now this is my all time favourite cookbook - although i really like my moosewood ones and best of bridge and use my better homes and gardens red and white one all the time for basic things - i like to make things from scratch (stock, laundry detergent etc), and need lots of new recipes as i get bored making the same chili, tacos, chicken crepes, pizza, roast beef dinner etc over and over..

fresh vegetables,
fresh herbs,
fresh biscuits with butter
chocolate torte
nut encrusted fish
beef wellington
anything shrimp pretty much
crispy veggies
