Cooking is a great technique for relaxing. I've been cooking for over 30 years & there always seems to be something to learn or a new way to prepare something. It's a cool thing to discover all of the various recipes for the same dish.
I have 4 amazing kids & 1 sweetie pie granddaughter. I also love to cook w/ my kids, & really enjoy when they cook. They all have their favorites, especially on holidays.

Favorite Foods: ANYTHING CHOCOLATE!!! Also, pumpkin pie,
cheesecake, pasta, gelato, soups. Famous for my cheesecake, fudge, potato salad, pirogies, manicotti, potato pancakes, and beef stroganoff.
Coincidentally, my favorite TV/Movies are food themed: Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen
Chocolate with Johnny Depp , Willy Wonka *with Gene Wilder*, and Tortilla Soup.
