about me

I am an American who lives in the London (been in the UK for 10 years). I love to cook, bake and mostly specialise in low-fat recipes. I have taught a couple cooking classes with an "American accent"--the Brits love to learn how to make traditional American recipes. I also enjoy cooking for large groups......20-40 people (as long as I have plenty of help!) Some of my recipes for 4 can be easily expanded for large groups with equal success.
