I most of all love spending time with my grandaughter and my cat. Also love to cook, read, garden

Favorite Foods:

I like to try new things - I like cooking for groups of people - hate cooking just for myself. Try to watch the sodium, but hate flavorless food, that why God made spices

I don't mind using various mixes - but mostly "doctor" them

Pineapple upside down cake is my most requested dish/dessert

I now have a favorite restaurant - Salsa's - a small Mexican place in the Airway shopping center - everything I have had there is melt in your mouth good - the staff is always very welcoming and don't seem to mind having a single woman coming in to eat - always excellent and friendly service.
I have favorite things from different places - The Club sandwich from Clancy's Bar & Grill, Deep fried oysters at KD's Bar-B-Que, salmon at Longhorns, and soup and salad (any combo) at Olive Garden, shrimp quesadillas at Elsa’s and so forth and yes I do eat red meat, but I tend to eat seafood when I go out. Some of my favorite food is other people's cooking
