I am a mother of three boys who semi enjoys cooking.I work in special education. My favorite chef on tv is Barefoot Contessa and I am a die hard Martha Fan. I enjoy watching reality shows and reading.

My favorite dish to cook is Portuguese rice and sole. YUM. I also enjoy baking. Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite.
