My family and I live in Sin City - Las Vegas, NV. I work for one of the largest casinos. We are a racing family. Our 7 year old daughter races go-karts. The racing season takes up the majority of our weekends. Our 3 year old daughter will soon be behind the wheel too!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish to cook is called Apritada. My side of the family is from the Philippines. My husband is French-Canadian. Most dinners have rice as the side dish. And, if I cook a filipino dish, there's usually a special quickie dinner for my husband.
