I am happily married to my lifelong best friend and sweetheart Eric, he is a wonderful and supportive husband and father too..........We have 3 beautiful children - who are growing up right before our eyes - truly time needs to slow down. Currently I am a Stay at home mom and although at times it is trying on ones nerves it is also very rewarding. Besides being a stay at home mom I am also a "Field Editor" for Taste Of Home Magazine. It is an honor and privilege to work for such a GREAT magazine! My Family being my number one joy in life - COOKING - would be a very close second. I am a firm believer in good home-made meals where the family sits down together and eats! I am also a Cookbook collector - I have so many now, I have lost count - But a person can never have to many cookbooks!

Favorite Foods — hmmmm...Shrimp Cocktail, Caesar Salad, Steak on the grill done in my own marinade with Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions, My own Cheese Potatoes or Ranch Potatoes! Mmmm...melt in your mouth good!

A dish I am famous for making: Thinking - hmmm....Where to start! My family loves My Rice and Rivals Dish, Cheeseburger Soup, Beef and Gravy over Rice and how could I forget my MOST FAMOUS "Tuna Noodle Casserole" haha!
