Hi! I am a stay-at-home mom of 4 children. They are 13, 8, 7, 6. I like to cook things that are quick to make, inexpensive, easy to double and good for you. My oldest child will hardly eat anything, so when I find something she likes, it becomes a staple in our family cookbook. I hope you enjoy the recipes my family likes and I know I'll be using plenty of yours.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food is soup! I love it! Soups, chowders and chilis are one of the simple pleasures in my life. With four children, three 5 or under, simple (i.e. easy) is good.
