I love cooking and I have had the priveledge of having many great friendsfrom all walks of life and many different nationalities so I have very broad tastes when it comes to food. And living in California just makes it so easy to experience so many different kinds of foods. I have a passion for food and people and want to learnabout countries thru their favorite foods.
I think you can learn alot about a person and their life through the food they cook and what they love to eat.

Favorite Foods:

I love Mexican food and I cook alot of it my favorite is mostly any type of asian foods having many friends from asian countries.
But sadly I only know how to make a few dishes so far. My mother-in-law and husband have made sure I know how to make just about every kind of mexican food dish out there, I love homemade tortillas,flour and corn, and make them weekly.
Enchiladas, chile rellanos, mole, arroz con pollo, menudo, pozole, chile verdes, salsa, guacamole and those are the ones I make regularly.
I plan on posting most of my favorite recipes and ones I only make seasonally so as to not forget them. I hope if you are reading this you find comfort and togetherness in my recipes, that is what they are to me.
