I am a stay home wife/mommy and I love cooking and finding new recipes. I am not afraid to try something new. My favorite cookbook I would have to say is the Cooking Light Cookbook. Its the one I use the most. But I also love using the recipes I received from my friends and family when I got married. Other things I like to do: go to the park with my son, read, watch movies, scrapbooking

Favorite Foods:

Fondue, Mexican, Italian, SNACKS. I am most famous for my appetizers. Anytime I go to a function or family get together I usually get requests for certain things...like my mini ham puffs (a recipe I got from pampered cheff) or also bacon wraps (a recipe I got from my mother-in-law). I also get lots of requests during the football season for my chili cheese dip (a recipe from an old friend) and for my salsa (a recipe from another friend). I love whipping up a good appetizer...especially since I am a snack-a-holic!
