I love cooking and trying new dishes as well as learning the traditional ones and the traditions behind them.
I come from a big family and food has always been the way to get us all together.
I believe that sharing recipes is like sharing a bit of yourself. A way for total strangers to connect and have common ground or common PLATE if you will.LOL.

Favorite Foods:

I love all food but my all time favs, are the ones that continually grace family tables around the world. Year after year. Generation after generation. The ones with history and family stories behind each ingredient. So if I had to choose just one type. It would be the ones that I grew up watching my mother and father make for us. The ones that they learned from thier parents and so on and so forth. Those are the best. No matter what new twist or creation chefs around the world dish out.
