about me

I love to cook, bake, and experiment in the kitchen! I'm a chemistry major at Iona College, and I love it here. I'm also on the rowing team, and a distance runner when we're not in season. I love to knit, paint, and read textbooks (weird, yes, but I've never gotten into novels ). My mom was a food chemist and she must have given me her genes for cooking and science!

Favorite Foods:

I like to make sauces, gravy, and toppings. I love breakfast foods...anything...pancakes, waffles, eggs, cereal, anything! Decorating cakes is also a pasttime for me. I'm always looking for excuses to bake, and I get especially excited when it can be a fun cake!
