Besides being a mother of 3, grandmother of 2 (but hope for more one day), I'm a registered nurse who works in intensive care. There is nothing more relaxing for me than to get home from a 12-hour shift and spend hours cooking something.

I also love to search for recipes online...which I think makes me a total foodie nerd.

Too many to list! But, I do try and eat a wide variety of relatively healthy things...and the spicier something is, the better in my book!
