Hi, I am currently living in Christchurch, New Zealand, I say currently because I am a bit of a Nomad and I believe that the World is meant to be explored. I am the Sales and Marketing Director for an Ambient Advertising company.I love walking, hiking and kayaking. I really love experimenting with all types of food.I honestly believe that cooking is just as creative as any other Art form and just as enjoyable. "You can only paint the picture once but you can cook the same meal a thousand times"

I have lived on 5 continents so I have a fairly diverse knowledge of many ingredients that go into making something simple, really special.

I am so glad I found this site and I am really looking forward to sharing some interesting 'food for thought' with all the members out there.

Favorite Foods:

Seafood, Meat, Vegetables and everything else!!

I have a passion for hot food and I make my own hot sauces which I am "infamous' for! (Friends say!!)

I have been told I make an unbelievable Ceviche and Bolognaise.

My favourite restaurant is a seafood restaurant in Puerto Rico, built in the sea!! The El Bohio (unbelievable!!!!)
