about me

I am kitchen designer and I love working in my own kitchen. Although, lets be honest, I don't like cleaning up after cooking at all! I get my love for cooking from my Mom. I have many fond memories of "helping" her cook for the family. I have been using recipes from this site for quite some time and have yet to be disappointed.

I have a great wife who usually cleans up the mess I make. We have three awesome kids, all still at home.

I love several types of food and meals.

What everyone asks me to make is Buffalo Wings. I got the recipe ingredient by ingredient over a span of 3 years, from a Buffalo New York native.
