I have 1 DH , 3 cats , and 1 dog who thinks he's a cat .
I spend a lot of time cooking and baking in my little house in my little kitchen !!! I collect cookbooks and have lots of them . Recipes and baking are my passions and , it has been that way since I was a little girl . Since I have discovered ZAAR , my passion is growing by leaps and bounds (as well as my cookbook and recipe collection)LOL .
I am a baker by trade . I bake cookies , cakes , brownies , and many other goodies at our local Jr. High School . I LOVE being the baker there . It is the BEST job ever !!!

Favorite Foods:

I love any kind of sweet or pastry or cake . I love making them too . The Bakers Catalog from King Arthur Flour is my wish book ! I want everything in there ! There are great recipes , supplies , ingredients and knick-knacks on every page . A person can NEVER have too many knick-knacks , you know !
I think my favorite foods are just good ol' fashioned comfort foods like my mom and grandma made . I have many fond memories of them . They were WONDERFUL cooks , who taught me well .
