Hi. I'm Stacey. I am an RN at a local hospital. I really like to cook, but I get stuck in ruts very easily. My husband loves to eat and try new things. We both love to cook. I have one of the pickiest children on the face of this earth and one who eats nearly anything placed in front of her. I love this website so far and hope to make lots of fun recipes at home.

Favorite Foods:

I am always asked to bring a cheesecake anywhere I go. I make a great New York Style Cheesecake. At home, my favorite dish to make for my family is Chicken Parmesan. When eating out we love Italian, seafood, or Japanese steakhouses.
