I'm a senior in high school attending either Culinary Institute of America or Johnson and Wales (Charlotte or Miami) in the fall. If you know anyone who has gone to either of these schools or could tell me more about them I would love that!

I love all things Disney, it's my dream to work at Walt Disney World someday.

Favorite Foods:

I love both baking and cooking, but I like that cooking is more of an art form, where baking is defiantly a science. I'm not a big fan of following recipes exactly, I like to add my own spin to them.

Italian and Chinese cuisines are my favorites to eat (and to cook!)

My family loves spicy foods and cilantro, maybe even a little too much.
