I am a displaced Southern boy living in Montana. I love it here though. I've been here for 30 years, so I must. I like to fish, camp and I love to garden. I like to fool around in the kitchen and see what I can dream up sometimes. It's just me and the missus now and I do most of the cooking. I leave Holidays to her though since she laid dibs on those.

Favorite Foods:

I like more simple foods. You know, the type thats just good and filling. Kind of comfortable. I will try most things and I like most kind of foods and vegetables. I am not a big dessert eater although I do like some of them. I guess maybe my favorite food is Chinese if I had to pick. Don't forget though, I'm Southern, so I like my greens, okra, fried chicken, corn bread, biscuits and of course fried catfish. I like Memphis BBQ. So as you see, I am diverse.
