about me

I love to cook - I live in Dubai in United Arab Emirates. This is a country where burger king delivers to your door- so after two years of non stop fast food deliveries ( it would never happen in Ireland ) I decided its time to get back into cooking again - i can get most ingredients here with a bit of effort , although wine is a stretch for me - don't have an alcohol licence ( yet !)

I love spicy foods - anything with cumin and chilli is good for me!
