about me

I am a retired lawyer. I live in San Juan, capital city of Puerto Rico. My passion is cooking and writing, in that same order. I guess I have no work because I am retired, but now, I work in my home & care for my pets that are up every morning at 6AM. I am fulfilling my dreams by doing just what I love to do.

Favorite Foods:

I love Spanish & puertorican food. But I can cook Mexican & american too. My favorite dish is SANCOCHO and a delightful PASTA SALAD that I invented. My favorite restaurant is EL MESON GALLEGO, LOS CHAVALES & PRIME RIB and THE SEQUOIA in Washington, DC.
